Return & Exchange Policy :
At LALIN, we maintain a strict no exchange and return policy, with exceptions for major issues such as receiving a damaged product. If you encounter such an issue, you must report it within 5 days of delivery. You will need to send back the damaged item at your own expense for our team to inspect and verify the damage. Upon confirmation, we will replace the item or resolve the issue. Any claims made after 5 days will not be processed.
We offer free alteration services, but the customer is responsible for the shipping expenses.
International Exchange :
We are unable to process returns and exchanges for international orders. However, if items are defective, you may request compensation in the form of a refund. The refund amount will vary based on the type of mistake:
- For minor defects, a 10% refund of the item.
- If an item is missed in shipping, we will refund the full amount for that item.
As per our courier policy, there will be one delivery attempt to the address and phone number provided. If the customer is not available, the parcel will be left at the doorstep. We advise international customers to check the size and all other details carefully before placing an order.
Modification and Cancellation :

Changes Allowed Within 24 Hours
Within 24 hours of placing an order, you have the right to:
- Change the size
- Edit billing and shipping details

Order Cancellations :
An order cannot be cancelled if it is in process. However, if a customer wishes to cancel an order, 25% will be deducted as a processing fee.
