  • Made-to-order luxury pret items may take up to 4 to 6 weeks for delivery.
  • Couture items may take up to 8 to 12 weeks.

At Lalin, we strive to ensure that the colors of our items are displayed as accurately as possible. However, there may be slight variations between the actual color and what you see on your screen. This is due to differences in display settings across various monitors and electronic devices. While we cannot guarantee complete accuracy, our team works diligently to minimize these discrepancies.

Once your order is placed, you will receive a unique order number which you can use to track your order. You can contact our customer care team at any time to inquire about the status of your order. Upon dispatch, you will receive a Tracking ID via email and SMS. For local orders, you can track your package using the TCS website, and for international orders, you can use the DHL website. Simply enter your Tracking ID to monitor the status of your shipment.

If your payment fails, please ensure that the information provided to the payment gateway is accurate, including your account details and billing address. Typically, if your account has been debited after a payment failure, the amount is automatically rolled back to your bank account within 7 business days. We charge a flat shipping rate of Rs.300 for deliveries across Pakistan. For international orders, the delivery charges will be displayed during checkout. Customers are responsible for all duties and taxes incurred. Duties, taxes, or VAT imposed by international customs at the destination are the responsibility of the consignee/buyer according to local customs policies. Real-time carrier rates for international orders will be shown on the checkout page based on your location and the weight of your order.
